October. Picked by hand with two selections: in field and sorting vibrating table
WINEMAKING:
Selection of best Sangiovese and Merlot. The grapes are picked, selected by hand. The fermentations is carried in concrete Nomblot tanks and the must is macereted for 10-15 days over the skins
AGING:
24 months in new French tonneaux. At least 6 months bottle ageing

About us
Organic aims followed both in vineyard and in winery. Manual grape harvest, then, eighteen months in barriques. When tasted, the nose displays firmness with aromas of violet petals and alcohol-infused cherries, a touch of juniper. Sharpness in the mouth: juicy, very clear and extremely elegant.
